Cancellation Policy

Life can get busy and to help you remember your appointment, a courtesy text reminder is sent three days prior to your session. Please reply with a clear ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to this message.

If you would like to reschedule, please send an email to sandy@bodyandsoulwhispers.com.au or reply via text message to the automated appointment reminder message. You will be contacted to reschedule at a time and day convenient for you.

You may cancel your appointment at any time. When appointments are booked, the whole time slot is reserved especially for you. Therefore, there is a cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on the waiting list. All fees must be paid before the next session. If fees aren’t paid, follow up sessions will be offered to other clients.

Please note the following cancellation fees apply:

When more than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, no session fee will be charged.
When less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
When less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancelled session, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
