How are you all feeling since the Solar Eclipse last month?

If your energy levels, mental outlook and sense of where you thought you were headed have been turned upside down, please don't feel its only you feeling this way.

I've been working with my existing clients this year to support them in their 2024 journeys, and to be fair these clients are well on their way to achieving what they want and I'm so proud of each and every one of them.

There has however, been a remarkable change in the number of first time clients booking in for appointments over the last three weeks. People who have felt the huge shift in energy and are now ready and willing to really look at their lives, to ask and answer the tough questions around what is and what isn't working for them.

So, my question to you, how are you feeling, do you feel as though you're in the right place, are you searching and needing something different?

Something to think about, heading into a fresh week.
